Chris is a Toronto based pianist, keyboardist, composer, and educator
Chris was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
He started learning piano at the age of 5 because his mom made him
He attended Grant MacEwan College and learned how to ask other people to play music with him
Later he moved to Toronto because he heard it was really cool
He fell in love with the improvised and creative music scene
He attended the University of Toronto,
played in a lot of bands,
moved to Berlin for a spell,
moved back to Toronto,
got a masters degree from U of T in Jazz performance
He's still there now!
He still plays in a lot of bands
He's recorded on a lot of records with very cool people
He performs all around the world
He still loves music
a lot
He's had a lot of help
